SIMULATED LEGAL EDUCATION
Our students go through a semester long pre-clinic course that prepares them for the actual clinical experience. The pre-clinic courses prepare our students through a series of carefully crafted legal problems with various legal nuances, ambiguities, and dilemmas. The aim of the simulated cases is to build law students’ capacity for legal action after graduations. All legal theories and simulated practices are integrated into a coherent learning process that will ultimately produces competent law practitioners. We operate in an extremely conservative society where debate and discussion in all matters is discouraged. The moot nature of simulated trials and other judicial processes allow our law students to engage in such debates and discussion without really life consequences.
